Operation Instruction of rebar end upset forging machine

1.After the arrival of machine, open plywood case and install horizontally, add 120kgs of 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.

2. The machine consists of the following components:

1) Oil pump  2)Hydraulic System  3) Mate mould & mould clamping system  4) Electric box

3. Power line: Power according to the national standard three-phase four-wire system (25mm2), pay attention to the reliability of "PE" line (ground line) connection.

Power requires 380v ± 10%, 50HZ ± 2%, if voltage in your sites is unstable, should configure Voltage Stabilizer, otherwise it will cause a malfunction of electrical systems of machine.

4. Clean the appearance of the machine body, track, head, clamping mechanism and oil tank etc.

5. Turn on power: before turn on power, should carefully check each operation button, whether the circuit breaker is in a closed position, after confirmation, and then supply the power.
